Its flagship product, FlexiOss®, is the first flexible bone substitute, designed to accelerate healing and improve bone defect reconstruction.
Since 2020, EXEQ has supported Medical Inventi in developing a strategic growth plan, identifying key funding opportunities, and assisting in applying for financing needed to advance the development of FlexiOss®, automate the production processes, and facilitate clinical validation.

Securing Funding to Make FlexiOss® the Leading Choice in Bone Reconstruction
Medical Inventi faced challenges in securing funding for the parallel development of its innovative portfolio and moving towards the market. The company required support in defining a funding strategy and preparing a feasibility study used to support the communication with private investors and public funding institutions. Additionally, financing clinical studies to validate its effectiveness was essential. To overcome these obstacles, a structured approach and well-prepared grant applications were key.
Strategic Funding Support for Growth and Innovation
We conducted a series of workshops to develop a tailored funding strategy aligned with Medical Inventi’s growth and market goals. This led to securing a grant from the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development used to support European grant applications and a feasibility study for FlexiOss®. Additionally, we obtained funding to optimize forming and packaging processes, crucial for scaling production.
Next, we helped Medical Inventi align their clinical plans for FlexiOss® and FlexiOss® Dent to meet the funding criteria of the Medical Research Agency, resulting in the successful submission of two grant applications.
Securing €1.1M for Medical Inventi’s Product Development
So far, EXEQ has assisted Medical Inventi S.A. in securing nearly €1.1M in funding from the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and Medical Research Agency to support the research and development of its bone substitute products.
