
The Village Network operates Blisko, an innovative early education platform that connects parents with high-quality childcare services through its network of “villages” and partner schools. It equips educators with resources and a curriculum inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. The company is also developing an AI system to support children with developmental delays, ADHD, and ASD.
EXEQ delivered strategic advisory services, including crafting a public funding roadmap and securing a successful proposal for the FENG programme. The partnership continues as The Village Network broadens its reach and impact.

Tackling the Complexity of Multidisciplinary R&D in Social and Computer Sciences
The concept proposed by the Village Network spanned diverse fields, including neurologopedics, psychology, pedagogy, IT, and AI. The primary challenge was to structure the R&D efforts to highlight their exploratory nature while showcasing the generation of new knowledge in both social and computer sciences.
EXEQ Drives Grant Success Supporting Future Growth
EXEQ provided comprehensive guidance during the grant application process, expertly crafting the proposal to align with all funding criteria. The primary objective was to highlight the project’s innovation and emphasize the research-driven nature of the IT components. The consulting team also developed a detailed budget, structured a robust work plan, and assisted in planning the testing phase. Currently, EXEQ is managing grant accounting and supporting the development of additional prospective EU-funded projects.
Securing €1.8M in Funding and Driving New Opportunities
Our collaboration has resulted in securing €1.8M in funding, with our proposal ranking among the 13 projects recommended for financing out of 161 submissions (a success rate of just 7.5%). We are currently supporting the financial management of this project and actively seeking additional funding opportunities to advance new and promising ideas.
